Do you  travel constantly? Do you have a crazy schedule? Did your gym close due to quarantine?

I feel your pain. That’s why I created this website.

Here, you will learn home exercises to help you build muscle, burn fat, and move better. Plus, you can perform them anywhere – bedrooms, basements, hotels, museums, etc.

These home exercises can fit into any workout routine to make it more flexible. Simple movements like these are ideal for busy people that want to stay in great shape no matter what.

Most of these exercises require only your bodyweight and some willpower. Some will require a set of resistance bands, a pull up bar, an inflatable stability ball, or a mobility stick (AKA: PVC Pipe).

Every exercise includes a vertical demo video shot on an iPhone. These videos can saved to the media library on your smartphone, tablet, or PC for future reference. Each video begins with a title card to make it easy for you to find in your media gallery. I recorded these videos during my own workouts, so please excuse my early morning bed head. The demo videos have no sound so they should not interfere with your epic music. *wink*

Last thing – I guess this archive is a little bit bigger than a typical handbook. It can’t fit in the palm of your hand, so go ahead and “Favorite” this page. You can always check back when you need help programming your own home workouts.
