Fitness Forever Whatever Podcast for normal people who want to be healthy while enjoying life.

Lose weight. Get stronger. Stop overthinking it. Just do it.

So you’re probably used to reading fitness-y blog-posts from me. I share my information and inspiration in hopes that it helps you.

Today is different. I’ve got nothing to share with you. Instead, I’ve got something to say to you.

Thank you.

Thank you for helping me turn my goals on paper into manifestations in reality.

A short story about just doing it:

Six months ago, before I launched my podcast, I created a list of dream guests. This was not a list of generic celebrities. Rather, it consisted of the people who would have the biggest positive impact on my *community.

*I think of my online community as a group of friends who want to be healthy while enjoying life; ordinary folks who want to improve physically and mentally.

At the top of my dream guest list was a guy whom I thought could improve the lives of everyone in this community. A guy who single-handedly changed my world.

He convinced me to stop obsessing over fad-diets and fitness trends. He inspired me to focus on sustainability and practicality. He showed me how to make progress while making myself proud. He convinced me to become a personal trainer. He even taught me to start my own coaching business.

Six weeks ago, I sent him an email. I almost didn’t. I hesitated. I was afraid to hit send. But then I thought… WWND?

“Just do it.”

So I did it.

Send.

I told him about my mission. And I told him about you. And he replied. And he said you all sounded wonderful. And that he’d love to talk to me. And to share our talk with all of you.

So we talked. About a lot. And now our conversation will forever exist in podcast format for you to enjoy.

So… who is it?
